Bio

Introduction

Nasos is a Senior R&D Engineer at Netcompany-Intrasoft. He obtained his PhD from the ECE Dept of University of Thessaly (Greece) in 2022, from where he also holds an MSc (2015) and a 5-year Diploma (2013) in computer engineering. Since 2012, he was involved in various European and Greek funded research projects focused on distributed and embedded systems, spanning from WSNs to drones, that produced system prototypes and were tested in various environments, such as campus offices, ships and photovoltaic parks. His research interests include software engineering and middleware for distributed and embedded systems, while his doctoral research was focused on the system-level support for the fault tolerance, testing and orchestration of drone applications.
